Digital Products

All purchases associated with Vamos Publications are processed as “Digital Orders.” Products are sent to customers via email attachment. Upon receipt, the product may then be downloaded, viewed, printed, and/or performed at your location. Your digital sheet music will have a “watermark” at the bottom of the first page of the manuscript. This watermark will include your name (or, email), purchase date, and the number of print licenses you have purchased.

No performance license is included with the purchase of a “Digital” Order(s).

Some relevant notes of interest about our digital products:

  • Digital sheet music never ships from our warehouse. As such, our staff is unable to print digital sheet music and send it to your location.
  • Customers are only licensed to print the number of copies purchased. You may, however, replace a lost or destroyed copy of said music.
  • You do not have the permission of VAMOS PUBLICATIONS to distribute the digital or printed file(s) to others, or print more copies than purchased for use.
  • Customers may choose to apply for an account with VAMOS PUBLICATIONS to purchase and develop a library of digital products. After purchase, digital products are transmitted to your password protected digital library.
  • Purchases without an account will contain the digital product, which you should download and save to your desktop.
  • For those who purchase the practice, accompaniment, or performance track, there is no limit to the number of uses.

RETURN POLICY

United States

Digital products (i.e., sheet music, mp3s, et al.) are not refundable after the purchase due to their digital nature and immediate accessibility. This policy ensures the protection of copyright and intellectual property rights of the composers, arrangers, publishers, and performers.

If you encounter technical or quality issues with your digital content, please contact our customer support team <> for assistance.

If a digital product is purchased accidentally, a refund may be requested within 24 hours of purchase. To qualify, the product must not have been shipped from our office via email. We reserve the right to decline a return if there is evidence of use or abuse.

To request a refund, please email <> with your order number and the reason for return.

Canada

All sales are final – no returns are allowed. Product returned will be refused and will receive no credit. If there is an error on your order, please call (503) 383-1318.
